About KernelClankers

KernelClankers is a community for Linux users and 3D printing enthusiasts who enjoy sharing knowledge, troubleshooting, and building things together.
We focus on:
  • Linux systems (especially Linux Mint, Ubuntu, Fedora, Arch, and others)
  • 3D printing workflows that run well on Linux and Mac, including Orca Slicer, PrusaSlicer, Creality Slicer, and other slicers that play nicely with Linux/Mac.
If we occasionally have to use a Windows-only tool, we’ll make do — many of us run them via Crossover or similar compatibility layers.
Our goal is to create a friendly, technical, and respectful space where members can:
  • Ask questions without fear of judgment
  • Share STL files, tips, and successful prints
  • Collaborate on projects
  • Learn from each other
Whether you’re a long-time Linux user or just getting started with 3D printing on Linux — you’re welcome here.
Let’s keep the clanking going!
